some of my players' face will appear when i 1st click in and become disappear when i re-enter the screen. anyone has this problem? i find that this only happens for some of the players but not all

Messed up config file somewhere most likely. Some facepack you isntalled must have that players ID in the config file but no picture in the folder with the config so its not showing anything. You have to find the config file doing it.

Easiest way that I know if you aren't sure of where its coming from is to start moving folders out of the graphics folder until you find which one its located in. For instance remove england folder and if its still messed up then try removing italy folder then if it stopped doing it you know the messed up config is somewhere in the italy folder so do it with each league then club etc til you find it.
