When you want to take a screenshot, press the button "PrtScn" on your keyboard, normaly located on the top right of your keyboard, to the right of F12 and above Insert.
Next load up MS Paint (or any other image programs you have).
Create a new canvas/image.
Then goto edit->paste
Your screenshot should now appear in your imaging programs main window.
Save the image as a jpg.
To upload your image to the internet, goto a free image host, such as imageshack.us and paintedover.com
Then follow the instructions on their website.
