It's most likely that you have multiple packs installed and one of them is trying to assign a picture that isn't there to the ID of the competition.

You'll need to check through your config.xml files that you have installed and remove the one you don't want.

Make sure you also deleted the config file with came with the old logos, Also check through the club folders, some packs include a competition logo, delete this logo and the relavent line from the config file.
