Can you just totally reset the database to what it used to be without uninstalling?

well yes. if u made a backup of ur database b4 editing.

You can't 'reset' it. You just copy your backup db and paste it over the db you screwed.

The backup is in My Documents and the screwed one is in the Program Files location.

Both generally have Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006 paths.
