Nothing to do with maths, more to do with where and what the memory is stored as. It could possibly be fixed by a patch.

ehhh if there where no cap on the info in memory you would end up with no memory left in a very short time.. who says its a cap per say.. note it down as a bug ;p and then lets hope it will be fixed

That used to happen on the old mega drive manager game if you got more than 120 points in a league
