Seems to be a bug with coaching technique in the new patch...basically (even after editing) my coaches technique is 11 or bellow..even if I put 20 in editor etc..also technique of AI coaches is way down on pre patch..there's only 15 or so 'staff' (coaches, managers etc) that have coaching technique skill above 15???? This means coaching in balls control, shooting and freekicks is impossible to get 5 star rating

Same here. I created all my mates as the assistant manager and coaches and enterned figures of around 17 and 18 for all thier (coaching technique) when i start the game they all have 11 or below. i wonder if this will improve as the coaches get older. they are all around the 33 mark
