Please can somebody explain the values in FMM. what is -100 and +100 mean ? etc. thanks

maybe i didnt make myself quite clear. for example if you look at del piero (juventus). dribbling -15 how can it be minus 15 when the values range from -100 _ 100. very strange dont you think so ? or passing -5 or positioning -30. something here is not right.

The game changes the values of -100 to +100 (which is basically 200 numbers) into 1-20 in the game.

it's so even though their is some one with 20 finishing but his finishing in FMM is 6 theres another player with 20 in finishing and in FMM it's 40 then he is a better finisher, understand?
