Default I have the key training schedule
I am one for reading about tactics and so forth but I have always done my own traing.

I never let anyone know the training that I do as I feel that it is superb.

Now is the time that I am going to share my traing with you folks.

Can someone tell me what is the best way to provide people with my training sceme.

A good start would be telling us why its so good, what areas it improves, how long you tested it for? Good and bad points it has, how many schedules you use blah blah

I prefer making training by myself since it depends what do you want from players on different positions.

some pictures would be good, explanations and why it is so superb compared to the others in this forum.

I make my own as well and think mine are good, but no better or worse than the ones on here.
