Unfortunately, I am not very good at setting up tactics but have found one that appears to be working quite well. I am just dreading that when my tactic is sussed, i will have to make another one which will almost certainly muck up my so far successful season. So I was just wondering:


how long does it take for a tacttic to be sussed out?

also, when a tactic does innevitably become sussed, how much are you required to change the tactic?

Do you need to change the formation and tactics completely or will a simple tweak be sufficiante?

Tactics should be tweaked game by game anyways, so if you do this you have no problems.

Tactics do not get cracked, the opposition just adapts to them if you use the same instructions and never change anything. Imaging if tactics did get cracked, you'd soon run out of formations to use

I can keep the same tactic forever just so long as I listen to my prematch scout and adjust my tactics according tro the oppositions strengths?

I'm doing a game with Middlesbrough. I won 8 games in a row taking manager of the month, most my players getting in the team of the week etc but then it just went wrong. Went from 8th in the league and finished the season 16th. All the players feel my after match team talk too harsh and morale is going down. How can i turn this around during pre-season and any suggestions for an affordable replacement for woodgate as he's gone now and i'm dreading the new season without him.
