I figured I could ask here; I obviously understand the importance of attributes like Technical coaching and such that effect the # of stars in training, and likewise with Physiotherapy and Judging Potential/Current Ability for Physios and Scouts, but how important are the other staff attributes, and what exactly do they do?
Motivation + Man management is apparently important if you let your Ass. Manager handle team talks, but other than that? Do players under a coach with good motivation, man management and level of discipline train harder? Or are those attributes mainly made for managers? Likewise with Physios, do those three abilities speed up recovery? And do Physios work better with youngsters if they have good abilities there?
Does "Tactical Knowledge" matter if the coach in question doesn't lead the reserves/youth team? What's the relation, if any, between that and "Tactical Coaching"?
Lots of questions I know, and feel free to ask/answer any other, related, questions you might have. Personally I don't have either the time or the patience needed to do any serious testing on this I'm afraid, so all I have to contribute are "intuitions".
