I have only played for about 3 weeks (game time)with the patch but the younger(17-23 year old) players attributes have gone through the roof, so it appears the training is more effective.

High tempo for full 90 minutes? is very demanding. I bet some of the injured players are finishing games with low condition, then this increases injuries.
You might just be having a bit of bad luck, after all you judged after only 6 games

Sadly, this has been my experience with the patch as well. Quote:

Doesn't seem that way to me. I started a new game in hope and what do I find? By the time I've got to game 6, SIX players are out injured already, my keeper still insists on a pass to the opposition striker and yes - player sent off for violent conduct!
The game is fast becoming unenjoyable for me.

Cleon, I'm using your tactic and training. What else could be causing the injuries and other problems? Quote:

Injury problems? I read a lot of complaints about the amount of injuries. I have not seen a single tiny plausible argument that there is a problem.
My own investigations seem to suggest that there still isn't enough injuries. A coule of times in different games have I counted the number of injured players in PL (including players not noted in the injury table, because the AI place them in the reserves) and compared the number to physiorooms report on the PL.
Every time I've done this there has been fewer injuries in the game than IRL.
The real problem is that gamers are not ready to accept that a whole season (and thereby hours of playing) can turn out to be merely damage limitation. RL managers do not have a choice.

I really think that a test of mirroring DL with Mentality is needed if the mentality is more sensitive
what you think?

| I've gotta agree with you here, my players just seem to pick slight knocks up every blue moon. But majority of time I can always select my best 11 because my squad stays super fit somehow. Quote: |

| If you changed the mentality to attacking, or choose a faster paced tempo then this will be the likely cause.

the injury problem got worse the bigger the squad you had but not the same percentage of players injured eg with 18 man squad i'd have 2-3 injured long term with 25 man i'd have 6-7.
with the patch this is definatley reduced.
