I have just started a new game and have made a nice pre season training schedule, so how come NONE of my players have increased their stats?? (the schedule was pretty much intensive fitness) but no improvements were shown at all??

At the end of your first month you will get a training report from your Ass man.

The red and green arrows will then magically appear for the rest of the game.

You would not beleive how many times this gets asked.
