How many coaches do you use?
Just curious. My board only recommends 8, but I feel like I need alot more than that, does the board get mad if you have like 12-13 coaches?

As long as you are under your wage budget, the board will probably not block extra coaches- I always try to have 9 for my first team, alocating 1 to each of the 9 training areas.

I have 4 coaches because I can't afford any more. 5 stars is a fantasy of mine, in much the same way as I get a nose bleed every time I pay somebody more than £1K a week.

Foligno in Serie C2. Though this year looks like the first in my 5 in charge where we'll make an operating proffit. I almost creamed myself.
