Need some help with training

I have brought in a few world class coaches .
How should i set up for my training schedules ?
Each coach concentrate on one type of training ?
E.g : One coach for ball control , one for shoorting , one for defending ... etc ....

Is it what you guys practice ? Or you guys use default setting ?

It is best to uncheck aito assign in the coaches screen and then allocate them manually depending on their strengths. If you can afford it, try to get 9 first team coasches and allocate one to each of the 9 training areas and you will see a marked increase in the effectiveness of tbe training.
