Up the moral of a few key players, look at this thread, every thing in there is valid for you both. Lost 6 on a trot |
I kind of have been. I guess since I am playing with Manchester United I do not want the team to think that anything other than victory is acceptable because it is not. Thus, when we play a weaker team I tell them that I expect to win. Maybe that makes them complacent. Who knows? Then, when we are not winning at the half I let them know my displeasure generally depending on the score. If we are tied I tell them that I disappointed and if we are losing I let them know that I am angry. Generally, against any team other than Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea anything less than a victory and I let it rip. Probably not the most effective.
However, I have considered saying through the media that I expect to lose just to see what happens. Question Lambs, I read this from the Lost 6 on a trot thread
I agree with every thing Millie says.
Also, you need to turn around the loss of moral.
Pick a few key players with low moral. Add up their last three games form and then player interact with them based on this little table (ripped off another thread on here by Mertle)
19 below.
20 acceptable
22 pleased
23 delighted
These are guide lines and most of the time should improve their moral.
Have you done so and if you have how did it work. If you have any comments concerning my streak and comments about what I am saying to my team I would love to hear what you have to say.
