y cant i leave the training to someone else? i like to manage not coach!! this option should really be in there!!! so were can i get a decent training download? dont need a cheat r anything just somthing that gives a little improvment!

Please do not post using text speech, also don't post asking for a training or tactic schedule, as its against the rules.

You can leave all your players on general training if you can't be bothered with it, its exactly the option you are looking for.
