Right wasnt sure where to put this.

basically i understand the concept of re-ranking but i was wondering if your on a high rank in your current league and your promoted what happens, in theory i expect teams to see me as a samll club and my ranking would drop so teams will come at me

is this right or not

In essence, yes.

Imagine the league as reputation table. If you come up, you'll be towards the bottom and so be seen as an easier game. This will change according to results.

Keep an eye on the bookie's odds before the game to get an idea of how highly you're thought of.
