Hi guys,

I've been reading quite a lot of threads on mentality lately, the more I read the more confused I become.

So:

1/ Does Individual metality override Global mentality?

2/ Does Individual mentality effect ball play or postional play?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

1) No

2) Team mentality tells you what style to play i.e defensive or attacking. Individual tells your players how far up the pitch to play and how agressive they play out your orders. So an attacking individual mentality would mean your players close down really agressive and so on.
