Can anyone recommend one?
Or maybe enlighten me on what attributes they need to have high?

Your coach will need to have attribites at 18+ for Technical and Attacking coaching.

These are the requirements for at 5-star set-piece coach:
Technique = 17 & Mental + Attacking >= 39 or
Technique = 18 & Mental + Attacking >= 36 or (f.ex. Mental=(20,18) + Attacking=(16,19))
Technique = 19 & Mental + Attacking >= 33 or
Technique = 20 & Mental + Attacking >= 30

| tehre was an excellent post like this a few weeks back which i read which had the break down of this foor all training types but cant for the life of me find it.. anyone have any idea what thread was called ??
