Does anyone who has played the Championship Manager and Football Manager series for manyyears remember a tactic called the PB3, which i first discovered on CM4?
Basically it's a crazy attacking formation that looks like this:
FC FC FC
AMC
MC MC MC
DM
DC DC
GK
Anyone tried it from the start of a match in FM 2007? I remember back in CM4 I saved Leeds Utd from relegation with it and it was awesome. You need a good DMC as he plays a crucial role in the team. The lack of width is a problem but it can work at times especially in big games. Anyone tried it or prepared to have a go? Im doing well on my Swindon league at the moment and so don't want to try it yet!
Sorry the team formation didn't quite come out right, DMC and AMC should be in the middle not on the left hand side as it has come out on the post above.

Now I have this image of some dude looking like grizzly adams in a ripped up shirt and jeans, getting out of bed, hitting the Jack Daniels bottle, then getting angered at FM shaking a fist in the air!

Sorry Buxton dude if you're reading </BLOCKQUOTE>
Sounds eerily similar to the way I play since FM2007 came along...
