Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Play more defensive, maybe a 4-5-1, and close the opposition down!

I play with the system 4-4-2 normal for away games, but it doesnt work.

What do you exactly mean with close the oppositon down, which players? the whole team? isnt that bad for the condition?

whicht team did you choose and were you succesfull in the european stage?

dude, a 442 normal is not defensively solid enough.
use a 451 and close the other team down heavily.
play a deep d-line with a normal-defensive mentality and tick the counter attacking option. you might also want to play narrow so you can make it really difficult for them to break you down. and if a player gets tired just sub him.

i play as barcelona so i can manage to be a bit more expansive.

close down option in team instructions?

or only in the middle?

I want to play with two strikers, because Inter has a lot of good strikers, what can I do to put 2 strikers in a system 4-5-1?

What is the best instruction for strikers like Ibrahimovic? Should he run with the ball often?

Or for AML position?

Had the same problem but I've managed to solve it by
Reducing players mentatility
Reducing player freedom
Playing slightly narrower
Also make sure you counter attack

This has worked for me.
