I'm playing as Liverpool, coming to the end of my second season. Having slowly developed a winning tactic, i finished the first season in 2nd place but ended without a trophy.
This season, i have played 29 games, won 25, drawn 1 and lost 3. Currently i am in 2nd place yet again, 3 points behind the leaders and very comfortably ahead of 3rd place. I am also still competing in the FA cup and Champions League.
Despite this, it could be so, so, soooo much better.
Having scored 70 goals, i find myself becomming increasingly frustrated by the amount of goals i am continuously conceeding from crosses and corners. This season, in the league, 27 goals have been conceeded, 21 of which have come from crosses into the box, resulting in either headers or rebounded goals. For example, my last game was a 4-3 defeat at the hands of chelsea. Having somewhat dominated the game, i found myself behind 4 times, all to headed goals.
Throughout the season i have attempted to correct this and have tried pretty much everything. Deep defending, high defending, Tightly marking, offside, very defensive full backs, zonal marking, man marking etc.. However none of my changes have worked in anyway.
