I know this is probably not the first topic on someone wanting help with a tactic and I apologize for it.

I am on my second season after finishing 13th on the first. I went out and bought a few players and this is my current 11

Konchesky
Shittu
Samba
Volz
Andreason [sp?]
Barnes
L.Cook
Kightly
Eastwood
Iversen

I have been struggling with the tactic I had from last season and have tried changing it but to no avail.

Can anyone either help or recommend me a tactic?

How far are you into the season? If you are not past the 10-15 game mark don't panic. I don't want to sound like a doctor, but you are suffering from the second season syndrome and your players need to gel. Furthermore, look at the players you have brought in. What has changed, maybe they are taller and lack the pace so look at direct passing.
