Well, he probably has a bias against certain players, as he is a racist nut job.

His judgement for PA and CA is poor too.

He might be stupid but he used to take a mean left footed free kick and he was a proper dirty player (which I liked about him). Note; I have Franco Baresi as my assistant and he has similar issues with player potential.

I have Franco Baresi as my assistant, quite frankly he doesnt know his ass from his elbow! But bottom line is he's Franco Baresi!! he can say and do what he wants.
