Its not that great to be honest mate, the white in the BG and the darkness of the whole sig is just off-putting. Need to add more colour maybe the germany flag and add a few more effects to your render because he looks a bit stupid to be honest, you also need to change your fonts. Try www.dafont.com if you havent got many.

apart from the font, everything looks nice. great job. i do not like a lot thise stars above the german badge. that's the old one. nice overall. i really like it!
