Anyone have any players they like (that play for other teams) simply because of how well they perform(ed) for you in FM? I'll go first

Miroslav Klose... Chelsea got Luca Toni, and David Villa went to Italy so I took a chance on this experienced striker. He won Golden Boot and led my team in assists the first year alone. :eek:

Craig Gordon... signed him for 200k in FM 06. Van der sar was injured late in the season and Gordon ended up winning me the FA Cup and CL (I'd already clinched the EPL). :eek:

Kasper Schmeichel... he is his father's son... I've won so many trophies because of that kid I'd rename my trophy room the "Kasper Schmeichel Memorial Facility" if I could. :p

Daniele Dessena, basically the Italian Scholes, so fb.

Gyan Asamoah, him and Rooney together were just unstoppable, such a feckin beast in general, great in the air, had pace to burn, and could finish.

Cant remember his name now but when I had one of my best games in the SAfrican leagues he just couldnt stop scoring and led a relegation destined team to the top of their 'League 2', never did finish that game

Lukas Podolski - he scored 40-50 per season on FM05 for me, I've never managed to get him on 07 though as I dont normally play as clubs with much money

Even though I've got a bad feeling he might be a blue-nose I'll always love Micah Richards for his 13 seasons in my old Villa save.

And for winning me everything in 03/04 I'll always love Tevez, Glen Johnson, Wayne Bridge, William Gallas and Robert Huth.
