I used to play as Red Star Belgrade for a time and despite not having any time for Man United I always like to watch Nemanja Vidic because I had him at Red Star (prior to his move to Spartak and the Man Utd). Also for that matter, Nikola Zigic and Dragan Mladenovic (who didn't quite make it at Rangers).

Tom Newey - Grimsby Town left back. Played consistenly well anywhere on the left for my FM Town side

A signing so terrible we paid him off after one season and he then went back to Red Star.

Red Star basically got £1 million for this player for a one season loan (i know it was a transfer but it feels like a loan) and then got him back a year later for nothing.

Its got to be Charles Andre Doudin, you can sign him for 75k he is a fairly decent championship striker and by 2010 he was worth 8million and scoring 20 goals a season in the prem
and ismael from rayo you can get him for about 70k and then maybe sell him on for 3mil and is a fantastic goal keeper

I work with a few Bournemouth fans and they often speak about new signings and without realising it I will say something like "they are very good" or some other judgement before realising that I am basing this purely on FM experiences! I think the world of FM & IRL now have rather merged boundaries!
