If you have yourself as a player favoured persinel, does it will effect the player? I have my name as Rooney's favoured personel.

if you leave the club he will be sad/emotional and perform badly. then try to unsettle him with your new club stating that he is you prime transfer target. he will whine, absent from training, get send off in matches, dislike the new club manager and finally get himself transfer listed.

then you guys will be reunited again :cool:

P.S on my Man City game around 10 coaches left with me when my ultimaum failed and i got sacked. i re-hired 8/10 on them even with a championship side :thup:
