Default CM 4 - An advantage for LLMers?

In this current thread...
http://community.sigames.com/eve/for...6&m=4591904226 there is a discussion about possible transfer fees goin significantly down in CM4.
SI tries to simulate the real life changes (bancrupt pay TV companies and the like) in the game.

This should give everybody an advantage who is already used to work with small money and have an eye on the budget

It is a double-edged sword for LLMers. Remember that the lower leagues will have their transfer budgets seriously reduced as well.

Transfer budget?
What's that?
Now you can only act like lower league clubs do it (at least here in Germany) anyway.
Hire bosmans and youngsters only.

A problem might be squad size.
It doesn't seem as an option anymore to get as many youngsters you can get just to train them up a bit and sell them with profit.

But no true LLMer wouldn't do that anyway, right?

The reason why transfer fees are going down is no one has any money to make transfers with. Supply and demand. At this point they've done a fair job, IMHO, of replicating the current reality.

I'm not being a smarty-arse, but I've always had a problem anyway in selling players and in one save with Barrikaden I spent 2k in four years - 1k a piece for coaches...

I don't think a lot will change for us down the bottom end... (from my CM3 experieinces anyway...)

vinnyb,

It always was before. The economic end of the game is one I think they've always handled fairly.

Reading in the papers, there is talk of salary capping in the Nationwide, 60% of club turnover for total wages is the figure i've seen qouted.

I don't know if this will actually pan out, or if it'll be included in the game, but it would certainly make things harder for the LLMer.

They will be forced to take economics into account, not relying on a new board to bail them out when their over payed under achievers bankrupt the club.
