I was just wondering what some of you do when you are playing as a lower league side and a bigger club offer you the manager job? Do you take it or leave it?
Personally, my loyalty usually wins.
My last LLM effort was as Rushden and Diamonds. Spent all their cash on a few players and ended up getting promoted each season without fail, then finished 3rd in the Premiership. Then my computer gave up the ghost and ceased operations.
I am now going to start a game with East Stirling and I will keep you all posted.

You're wrong CJB. There are three ways of playing LLM.
1. Pick a LLM team, stick with them through thick and thin. Example, myself in 'Where The Hell Is Billericay?'
2. Pick a LLM team and play as a 'careerist', you move to clubs you want to, earning the big job at somewhere like Newcastle or Arsenal. Example, Iajafer in his multiple club thread.
3. Pick a LLM team and do so bad you get sacked a lot and go from club to club and if you have enough leagues loaded, country to country. Example, LFCFan's 'World Relegation Tour'.
Rushden is very much considered the easy option as they have so much money, and all self respecting LLaMas avoid them like the plague.
I usually tend to take offers but not in the first 5 years of a game unless its someone really big.
I try to stay at the same club for as long as possible, especially as I've found that moving clubs to often seriously damages your reputation, i really messed up my Relegation Saving game by doing this, 4 or 5 jobs in 7 years
Personally, I try to take my original club into the top flight before I even start looking at other jobs... then it's a matter of what the the team is as to whether I like them (support them) or not...
