When the Board say they are "disappointed in the performance shown against rivals, Hibs" there should be an option to tell them to a) F*ck off!, b) Take over the running of the Team if they think they can do better, or c) Get off their fat arses, get stripped and have a go themselves.
I lost S C (an excellent prospect) to Celtic on that stupid minimum free release clause. He was only 16 !!! At the end of the game, he played with Swedish PRM division club. And not bad at all. And I do not know, why there are not any clause here. Like hey you can sell your butt, but give me 50% because I hired your stupid arse!!!
I've got the cold! I'm still knackered after Stuttgart. I have to go on a stupid pre-marital course tomorrow morning with a hangover, probably..and I can't get my team out of Serie C.
I find the minimum relaese clause in the lower leagues can be quite good when some stupid f*ckwit AI manager decides that the youngster currently in your reserves will be much better off at his club and is a good boost to to your bank balance.
Following iajafer's rant about the board, my main gripe is when you manage to lose two consecutive games against two of the top sides in the league, the board is still concerned about the recent run of defeats
What everyone else said about minimum release clauses.
But my major gripe is when you're in 5th place, 4 points off the leaders with 3 games in hand (due to a fixture backlog), and several players have the statuses:
'Disappointed by the clubs poor league position'
'Considering his options'
What options are those? Going back to school and fecking learning to add up?

I just sold one to55er for £7.5m because he thinks Leeds who sneaked promotion to the Premier League last season are a better prospect than the mighty Billericay who are gunning for Europe. Ah...
OK then... the other to55er who annoyed all of his team mates and signed for a Division 1 team because Billericay are too small for him, he didn't like his manager nor the fact I stopped him moving for a while and the wanted to move to a big side. Obviously the drop in Division was worthwhile because a season later he is still there.
