You do realize that this is LLM we're talking about, and if you're the manager of a Conference team, and your pathetic scout just discovered an actual talent, you're not going to do anything other than give him what he wants because you never know when you might get another one. Pat, despite the lad's trouble with English, he has a point. I never offer low min release clauses. My theory is simple; "we finished last without you last season, we can finish last without your services this season."

I've never had too much of a problem with the MRC until you get higher up and the clause is actually at a fair level for clubs to pay...

Lost two stalwart Defender's who where at my Rimini side at the start and stayed key players into Serie A due to Lazio pinchin' 'em.

Personally I usually try and switch a request for min. release to a relegation release set very low. Obviously there is one major flaw in this plan but as long as your sure you won’t go down it works a treat, although players do get arsey nowadays if you repeatedly turn down bids for them (bloody commies)

I’ll now wait for Jaf and his Zealot cultists to come and flame me for this unethical practice.
