I don't think it is a bug seeing as ground maintenance irl does cost quite a bit. Think of all the work that needs to be done and the people need to be employed, builders, groundsmen etc. I would say that it is pretty realistic that the ground maintenance is quite high. It is somthing that we have no control over. IRL, clubs get in debt and the only way out of it is to sell players. I doubt there are many clubs about in england that actually make a lot of money without selling players lower than divison 1.

Remember, Debt is very much apart of LLM.

The more I hear about these debts, the more I like the sound of CM4. It's always been too easy to make money in CM, especially when managing in England.

Shame I can't make as much money IRL, then I might be able to afford a decent PC to play it on.
