I only spent 1 1/2 seasons in Spain, when I managed to get to a half-decent team relegated. They never re-appeared in the league in 40 seasons [IMG]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="big grin[/IMG]<P>Italy is a good challenge for masochists (not as bad as Turkey or Croatia).<P>I haven't played in Germany for a long time so I can't comment on that.

Today I realized why I love LLM (maybe reaffirmed it would be a better choice of words).<P>I mistakenly signed up for the big network game UCMIG or some similar acronym. I spent six hours this weekend watching the other players cream their pants over signing some hot-shot Swedish superstar who they know will turn out to be a demi-god, saw Rushden and Diamonds drop nearly 7 million and sign literally 30 players in the first week and saw other things that made me sick.<P>Needless to say I quit already. I had intentions of playing the LLM style and hoping that I would be able to hold my own but I couldn't bear to even try.<P>Once I quit the network game I returned to my Castel di Sangro game where we're battling for promotion into Serie A. Something about turning this bunch of no-namers into a team who could be playing Juventus, Inter, et al next season on my own merits was far more intriguing. After a couple bad losses, by making some tactical changes and tinkering with my lineup we've won a few in a row now and are back on track. The satisfaction I got from beating Verona 1:0 would far supercede anything I could get from playing the network game in my estimation...and that is why I will always consider this my home forum [IMG]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif" alt="smile[/IMG]
