Started a nice new game of CM4 after installing the "enhancement pack"

Took charge of East fife in the scottish Div3 have now got 12 league games played and been knocked out of both cups.

I was enjoying it and am currently 4th in a very tight table where only 8 points seperates top from bottom.

But,

Good stuff

You can now get decent SPL youngsters on loan instead of in CM3 where every club in your division managed to get them while Folkestone invicta pensioners would only reluctantly agree to join you.

bad stuff

My scout has so far not managed to identify any players that don't have a price tag, not a good thing when my transfer budget for the season is £2,000, I may soon be forced to use the transfers screen before I run out of players

During my last game against east stirlingshire I was distressed to learn there strikeforce consisted of a 9 times capped colombian and a 32 times capped Mexican , Not to mention there former france and bordeaux left back.

Thats maybe just a tad unrealistic for scotlands current bottom club IRL who also have a £40 a month wage cap.

On the plus side I haven't found any gameply bugs so far

I played with East Fife in CM4 gold demo. It was not as tough as I thought. I mean being first and had money coming in . Other than that. Whatch out for injuries of important players.
Hope this doesn't count as tipping

There are one or two older French players kicking around the lower leagues in Scotland. I think that the French league insist that you play a certain amount of youth or younger players in every team. So old codgers get booted out, especially 3rd rate ones, and travel far and wide in search of a team.

Can anyone give more details on this?

My scout hasn't found any players without a club yet either. He's got 16s (or it might be more) for both judging player potential and ability too. Are there no players without clubs?
