Two things:

1. For those who've already got through a season (I know someone must have already), do the newly-promoted clubs to the Conference usually have no manager, as per CM3? Always thought that was a bit silly to be honest.

2. What teams have been promoted to the Conference in your game? Anyone new and exciting we've never seen before? Maybe CM4 will see the first confirmed sightings of the Met. Police.

As much as we all like to see Met police go up, its not likely going to happen, not even when CM 20 comes out

I dunno...I can see a time when there's so much crime that the Met Police will have a squad of thousands. They could become a national force, much like the Chinese Army.

Quelle surprise, AFC Wimbledon up to the Conference in just two seasons...The AFC Wimbledon thing is probably a cheat put in by SI, of course they'd want their club to be a little better than the rest

I'm only 9 games in (and I think there is a bug as all 4 of my home league matches have had the exact same attendence of 2212 at Burton) and AFC Wimbledon are in the FA Cup Qualifying Round. Strange this, as the FA have said they can't entered for their first two seasons...
And that promotion is strange too... since the Combined Counties League is 3 leagues below the Conference. They must be the first team ever to win 3 promotions in 2 seasons!

I think there is some sweetheart deal to allow AFC Wimbeldon to make a double jump at one point so it would be possible.

I've certainly seen them in one version of CM3. I think it would have been the second one.
