It's certainly not the case in Scottish Division 3. Although I've a guy on loan from Celtic who's scored a few. Wonder if I can muster up the £65k they want for him. Some hope!

i havn't scored many goals so far with Forest green. They don't have much firepower though!

Yeah ive got 1 who had a few months out injured and still scored 40 + goals at 1 point scored 16 goals in 5 games, and my 2 other stikers had 25 + and i finished the league at the top scoring 110 goals.Ive noticed one or two others in conference also.

In my single season played so far (well, nearly), I've not noticed a significant increase in the number of goals scored, but the spread is vastly different, the forwards score the vast majority. I've got one who's scored 35+, another with 20+ and two others who are in double figures, all strikers. The only other significant scorer is my centre/right back, but that's only because he's the club penalty taker.

One of my strikers seems fairly prolific, bout 18 goals from the half way point. My midfielders do chip in aswell though. I think the match engine needs tweaked to provide more goals from midfield though and also defence. Ive only had 1 goal from a defender in half a season...

This has changed from CM3 then IMO, where (it may have just been my tactic) I get a great deal of my goals from central midfield and defence.

In one season my centre backs combined for 9 goals in 22 league games in Swedish D2... as I tend to look for height (jumping) in lower division as to not get killed by the 'big man upfront which every LLM team seems to have...

They seem to have gone from one extreme to th other then if 50% of the conference has a 40 goal a season strker...

Craig, can I use one of those Funnel-Web spiders? I think one of them slipped under the front door will do the trick.

Never in my thousands of games have I ever scored more than five goals against the opposition. First game at home, we slotted six past the hapless goalie. :eek:
