The game is playable if not perfect. Tell me one issue or bug that makes it unplayable? I haven't downloaded the patch and won't until a full patch is released but in the meantime im enjoying the game and having a decent level of success. You have valid gripes but with a game as complex as this there are bound to be problems and issues that come to light after release. You should be greatful that SI are working on patches to fix all these niggles. If they were only after taking your money they wouldn't bother making patches at all.

The *final* patch will be released when we are happy with it and its been fully tested.

Obviously we are working as fast as we can to finish it off but it wont be today unfortunately.

Im am utterly baffled at how many times people can say a game is unplayable because of very small issues in the scheme of things.

SI are under no obligation to even release a patch, you bought the game, tough luck.

Im happy with my version, the game has been more than playable since FM05, only minor annoyances here and there, this version in my opinion is vastly improved if only because of the finance moudles.

Yes its harder, yes there are new bugs, yes weird things happen. So what? You can't exactly expect a perfect peice of software.

As I've said countless times before if you wanted that, enjoy waiting a good 10 years for SI to test the game.

Its the best management game on the market, just don't buy the next one if you don't like it. And stop making mongnosed threads like these.

It's not as cut and dry as just saying 'try the demo first'. Many issues weren't noticeable until a whole season was completed. I wasted hours on a Scottish save just for the game to be ruined by the no fixture issue. Did the demo give any indication whatsoever that this problem would occur?

Oh well. 3 weeks and counting since the game came out.

There must have been loads of problems with this game to start with if it is taking them this long.

Paul, are you saying that if you sold 1 million copies yet only say 50,000 people downloaded the demo that the other 950,000 have no right to complain?
