I only got promoted in my second season after being knocked out in the playoffs in my first season, they were fine with me. A couple of issues though with the expectations. Long term I am expected to survive in the Premiership in my fourth season. I am now in the Championship in my 3rd so I guessed they would demand promotion this season. But they only expect mid-table??

I'm in the Prem in the 3rd season. They want a respectable league position and gave me 25m to spend. I'm 9th which they are unhappy about, although oddly now the fans are pleased with the result even when I lose games.

I lost to bottom of the league. You know the score by now, whenever you play the bottom of the league on FM, the shittest team around which hasn't won a game all season you lose. Anyway they were pleased with that...
