I haven't got the time. But major ones would include blanket board and fan reactions that have no bearing on who you have played or what you have achieved at the club. You could quite easily get sacked even if you win the FA Cup with Rochdale, just because you got knocked out of the 1st round of the Carling Cup.
And player morale, which is a joke.

2rd season of playing, played two without patch, one with the first beta... enjoying it much more now tho! less closing down issues... still cant score from corners, linesmen have it in for me

I'm enjoying the game, yes there are a few things here and there which need fixing but on the whole its a good game thats almost there.
