Hi all,

Due to the fact that I'm a poor student, I'm currently running a three and half year old laptop. It is a 1.6ghz intel centrino with 512mb RAM.

Obviously this meets the minimum requirements for FM but beyond that if anyone who is 'teched up' so to speak could help me with a few queries that would be grand:

1) With the above computer spec, how many leagues and with what size data base should I run?

2)How long would you expect it to take to run a season on holiday mode with all English leagues and small database with the above computer spec?

3) Is there anything I can do to make my computer faster?

3) throw it out a window

everything is subjective so its a case of trial and error.
as always the further you get into the game the slower it will run as there is more data so it may run fine at the begining but expect slow down.
start off with 4 legaues and go from there.
