Default Few questions about 8.0.1 > 8.0.2

Well, im having a wicked FM fever atm and considering starting the game again...
First off, is Spanish league now playable (meaning no big bugs) with 8.0.1?
Then the second, important question...
Is there gonna be huge changes in 8.0.2 that would require me to start a new game once it starts, or should I get everything "fixed" even without fresh start?
I could (but I Really don't want to) wait the few weeks for the patch, but data update ain't that important to me if I am able to get rest of fixes working without the wait...

Not sure on the qn about spain as havnt played in spain yet. RE 8.0.2, SI reccommend you start a new game to ensure you get the full benefits of the patch however patches are save game compatible. Hope this helps :-)
