Anyone got any, every time I put a player in the reserves after he's done a job for me and can't progress the next season I get next to no interest?
For instance I bought Sylvan-Ebanks Blake for a season in the championship, he scored 29 goals in 39 appearances and now I can't give him away, nobody has even asked me to shoulder his 100 grand a month wages or even loan him, any ideas??

The high wages is the problem, it seems the lower the wage the easier it is to sell a player as his demands will be manageable.

Teams won't break their wage structures to sign players unless they are top quality.

Try to offer him for sale where you pay a % of his wages for a period of time

Try to re-negotiate his contract for a smaller period of time

Offer him for loan expecting a % of wage rathe than full amount
