How difficult is it to change the overall colour of a skin. Would it be just changing two or three variables in a piece of xml, editing an image in photoshop, or would it be a complicated hybrid of both?

Basically I'm only just starting to learn xml, so if it's simple I could do it, if not then it'll take me ages . Basically I just want to darken the base colours of a skin I'm using.

You would need to edit the actual images in a graphics program (unless it is chameleon 2006 you want to darken - you can do that with xml).

You could set up an action in photoshop to darken to the colour you want and then just run through all the files you need to darken as a batch process.
