Customisable headings. I always find i want to view a players Age/Nation/Av.Rating/Value all at once rather than switch between screens.

Clicking on an area of the pitch would show all your players that can play in that position, rather than going through the 'view' menu. Clicking on the outside of the pitch would then return you to the original screen/full squad.

Again, clicking on a news item could be highlighted by a little icon. ie. the training cone.
