Hi I have downloaded teams such as Inter and Porto facepacks and put them in the graphics/players files as you are supposed to do and yet they are not appearing on my game. I have checked to make sure the id's are correct and they are and i have also changed skins which you are supposed to do yet they are not coming up.... are there any ideas how to fix this? Would be eternally grateful...

- Turn on Player Faces in the preferences menu.

- Delete the contents of the data\cache folder.

- Remove any duplicate Inter or Porto packs you may have.

hey mate, i deleted it from the cache file and that did the trick - NEVER would have thought of that. Don't even know what the purpose of the cache file is. But thanks alot mate. Really really appreciate it.

It speeds up the loading of the game when you have the Skin cache turned on in the options screen.

You've just got to remember to delete the contents of the cache folder everytime you add new content.
