Yes - you just need to find some - mainly individual ones will be in forums when someone has asked for a logo, or where a club has recently changed there logo (i.e. Chelsea).
Though you will have to create your own config file for it/them.

hello michaelmurrayuk. i downloaded your teams logos, but cant make it work in the game. works only those, that are originaly in the game (english, italian...) so mexican, polish... dont work. i have skin cache on and changed skins, but still dont work. do i have to change something in confix.xml? thanks

Delete the contents of the data cache folder.
If that doesn't work load up FM, turn off the skin cache switch skins, click confirm. Logos should show - switch skins back and turn skin cache back on.
