5 Load the 'club finances' table

6 Search for your club ID as a custom > 4 bit integer. Hit Alt+A on the entries on the left had side until your club details come up in the right.

7 Change your transfer budget remaining (and your club's actual cash would be a good idea)

8 [Optional] Create a thread complaining that FM Scout and MCFM 06 weren't simultaneously released with FM 06 (or before). Then get told off by Dan and everyone else.

9 Goto 1

hi again, i have down loaded the tables and the artmoney pro. I am just having trouble finding the club finances file.

Extract the ZIP linked above to a folder. Inside, there should be a table called FM_club_finances.amt - this is the table you want.

Incidentally, the freeware verios does the job (so you don't need $20 for a license for the 'pro' version).

Download the .zip file and extract the files to the tables folder in the location you installed ArtMoney. Open up ArtMoney and on the first item on the menu should be Table. Click Table then click Load. Open the table called 'FM_club_finances." In FM go into your club screen and click the finances menu object. Remember your clubs money balance then go into ArtMoney again. Click the search button and enter the clubs money balance in as an exact value (also make sure the type is Integer (standard.) On each result press Alt+A to transfer the information into the tables value. Take note of for instance your clubs wage budget and keep pressing Alt+A on each one of the results until the wage budget value matches the real real value in FM. Hope this is not too confusing for you.
