Help with creating shortlist in FM scout.

Hi, i realise this is probably a really stupid question, but i have never found out how to make a shortlist in fm scout. i find the palyers i want, for example all 18 year olds in norway with decent potential, but how do i thne move them over onto a shortlist that i can import into the game?

Erm, in FM Scout click 'File' and 'Save Shortlist'. In FM click on 'Shortlist', click 'Edit Shortlist' and click 'Import' and import the file.

Easy.
