I want to play as merthyr in the conf south, so I made an .edt file and put the following in:

"SWAP_TEAMS" "merthyr tydfil" "carshalton athletic"

but it doesn't work.

I've also tried "SWAP_TEAMS" "merthyr" "carshalton" but that doesn't work either.

When I load up the new game, it says something along the lines of... can't swap team 1 for team 2 as one of the teams is extinct or invalid.

Any help would be great. thanks!

same problem as u mate, trying to swap Bath City with Carshalton, done both the Id and names and neither works, beginning to frustrate me so much now
